Nevertheless returns for its second season, spotlighting the leaders going up against rising polarization, threats to civil liberties and democratic backsliding around the world. Democracy champion Kerry Washington and her production company, Simpson Street, will come on board as Executive Producers. Coming Fall of 2026.

Inspired by the 2023 Emmy Award-winning short documentary, The Dads follows fathers of trans and nonbinary children navigating rising anti-trans legislation and hostility in the U.S.
A first investment for Elevate Studios, we are Executive Producers alongside Elevate Prize Catalyst Award recipient Dwyane Wade and his production company, 59th and Prairie.
The Dads chose past Elevate Prize winners Ali Forney Center—the largest organization in the country dedicated to LGBTQ+ homeless youth— as the nonprofit partner of the film.
This is fatherhood as an act of radical resistance.
